30-day return window
We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days we are unable to offer a return or exchange.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- Within one business day we will respond with return instructions and a return shipping label.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging and apply the label.
- Drop the package at any authorized carrier location.
Return shipping costs
- Defective or damaged items: we cover the return shipping in full.
- All other returns: a flat $5.99 return-label fee is deducted from your refund.
Non-returnable items
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
- Opened ink, toner, paper reams or perishable supplies
- Personalized or custom-printed products
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a product is to return the original item and place a new order. We will refund the original payment as soon as the return is processed.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the package and the affected items and email us within 7 days. We will ship a replacement free of charge.
