Where we ship
Vail Store ships to all 50 US states, including APO/FPO military addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping (2–5 business days): $5.99 flat rate
- Free standard shipping: on orders of $35 or more
- Expedited shipping (1–2 business days): calculated at checkout
Processing time
Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on US federal holidays are shipped the next business day.
Order tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking links update within 24 hours of dispatch.
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, choosing the fastest and most reliable option for your address.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected]. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and ship a replacement when needed.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Vail Store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
